Boom’s much-anticipated new menu has officially launched at its University Village location, at 2675 NE Village Lane, Seattle. As part of its expansive menu redesign, Seattle’s favorite Asian restaurant has brought back some of the classics such as Spicy Lemon Chicken Ramen, Beef Udon, and Chicken Katsu Curry, while adding additional gluten-free and vegetarian options. Pastry chef Allison Harvey also launched a robust crepe menu ranging from the decadent Coffee Toffee and S’mores, to the kid-friendly Peanut Butter and Jelly Crepe, as well as house made soft serve ice cream.

“We are constantly listening to our guests and working to improve the dining experience,” says Boom’s vice president of culinary Jeffrey Lunak. “From innovative flavor combinations to a modern look and feel, this new roll out is a testament of our continued commitment of thoughtful service and genuine hospitality.”

From appetizers such as Salt and Pepper Tofu and Okonomiyaki to Wasabi Tuna Rice Bowl and Yaki Udon, the new Boom UV menu features a wide array of options. Dishes such as the Vegetable Ramen and Yasai Yakisoba highlight the expansive vegetarian offerings, as well as our commitment to adapting our menu for any gluten-free requirements.

The new children’s menu features a kid-friendly version of the popular Bento Box, the Boom Box, which puts decision-making in the hands of young culinary connoisseurs. Children 12 and under can choose any three items from a select list of entrees, vegetables, soups and fruits.
