Twin Peaks Restaurants announced an extended development agreement with St. Louis Lodge Ventures to open the concept’s first restaurants in Missouri.

St. Louis Lodge Ventures is made up of longtime Kansas City restaurateurs – Paul Khoury, his son Patrick Khoury and Tom Petersen. The group’s original agreement for three Twin Peaks restaurants in Kansas City has been expanded to include five additional locations in the St. Louis area.

“We knew Twin Peaks had the recipe for success and with the opening of our first restaurant in Kansas City this past spring, we’ve experienced it firsthand,” says Patrick Khoury, the group’s spokesperson. “From the beginning, we hoped we’d be able to expand our territory with Twin Peaks and taking on the St. Louis market was the perfect addition to our plans.”

St. Louis Lodge Ventures opened the first of its three Kansas City Twin Peaks locations in Olathe this past April and is set to open its second area restaurant early this coming spring with the third to follow late next fall.

“We’ve got a good feel for the concept now and are excited to continue our expansion in Kansas City as well as introduce Missouri to Twin Peaks,” says Khoury. “Twin Peaks is an exceptional brand and we can’t wait to give new guests in St. Louis a taste of everything we have to offer.”

The group will be scouting possible restaurant sites around St. Louis in the coming months with plans to open their first area location by the end of next year.

With 43 locations open in 18 states, Twin Peaks is a sports-themed restaurant known for its rugged mountain lodge atmosphere, homemade comfort food, 29-degree draft beer, high-definition televisions and – its signature assets – the Twin Peaks Girls.
