With an eye on helping consumers recover from the most indulgent and expensive time of year, TGI Fridays is offering a meal and handcrafted cocktail or drink for $10.

As part of its Dine & Drink January promotion, guests can choose from a selection of health-conscious entrees or indulgent favorites, paired with a drink for a special price. This combination of an entree and a drink at a great price allows for guilt-free social indulgence, while still being able to enjoy time spent with family and friends.

"Following the holidays, tighter budgets and stricter diets might make us think twice about going out to enjoy a meal and a drink, but Fridays is offering solutions to address these challenges that are more prevalent at this time of year," says Brian Gies, chief marketing officer for TGI Fridays.

Fridays is introducing new menu options including Sizzling Citrus Herb Chicken, Bruschetta Shrimp Pasta, and a Half-Rack of Memphis-Rubbed Ribs that are available for pairing with a selection of signature cocktails like Fridays House Margarita or non-alcoholic options like the Tropical Raspberry Tea.

For those watching calories, Fridays offers the Sizzling Citrus Herb Chicken with a signature cocktail such as the Fridays Light Blackberry Margarita, Fridays Light Cosmo Cooler, or domestic light beer for 550 calories.

In addition to new items, a variety of TGI Fridays favorite entrees and classic drinks are included in the pairing such as the Spicy Craft Beer-Cheese Burger, Spinach Florentine Flatbread and Balsamic House Salad, and the Balsamic-Glazed Chicken Caesar Salad.

All pairings on the Dine & Drink menu, whether lower calorie or more indulgent, are offered at the value-oriented price of $10. This is valid on select items only, at participating U.S. restaurants for dine-in customers only through Jan. 25, 2015.
