The award-winning casual dining restaurant Taco Mac, known for its vast array of craft beers on draft and Buffalo-style chicken, announced that it has appointed Greg Lippert as its chief executive officer.

Lippert is a 30-year industry veteran where he has lead restaurant brands in the capacity of CEO, COO, and CMO with national and regional restaurant brands during his career.

Lippert has extensive experience taking new brands to critical mass as well as directing prototype development. He has held executive leadership roles in operations, marketing and franchise development. He has been a featured speaker at the Chain Operators Exchange (COEX) and MUFSO conferences and is also served on national and state restaurant industry and community volunteer based boards.

Lippert launched his career at Procter and Gamble Company and The Seven-Up Company in Brand Management roles. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University with continuing education from the University of Cincinnati.
