After conducting its first test in the Atlanta market earlier this year, Ruby Tuesday gathered key customer feedback and has engineered additional improvements to its Garden Bar offering, which now includes 52 fresh ingredients, ranging from fresh greens, raw vegetable toppings, roasted vegetables, marinated vegetables, crispy toppings, as well as hummus, dips and fruits. The company also introduced a line of eight new house-made salad dressings that are naturally gluten free and utilize only the freshest ingredients to ensure great taste and high quality.
