Rodizio Grill announced the extension of BaconFest through February.

"We have received an overwhelming amount of guest comments asking for us to continue BaconFest; we are thrilled to see this response and are excited to announce BaconFest is extended through the end of February," says Ivan Utrera, founder and president of Rodizio Grill.

Known as one of Rodizio Grill's most popular events, BaconFest occurs during dinner hours and features many bacon-inspired menu items in addition to the regular dinner menu.

Over the course of several months, corporate chef Duda Goulart developed many unique recipes for this year's BaconFest; recipes including Grilled Peppered Pork Belly, Bacon-Wrapped Applewood Ham, Bacon Lover's Cheese Bread, Fire Grilled Onion & Bacon Medley, Bacon'd Potatoes, and much more. Rodizio Grill's signature dessert, the Rabanada, even features bacon.

BaconFest is taking place during dinner hours through the end of February. BaconFest menu items are in addition to Rodizio Grill's extensive menu, for no additional cost, and are only available during the promotion. Brand-new commemorative Bacon Fest T-Shirts are available for purchase at select Rodizio Grill locations or online.
