Quaker Steak & Lube signed an area development agreement with Wingnutz, LLC to develop four restaurants throughout central Florida. Based in Altamonte Springs, Wingnutz, LLC group plans to open Quaker Steak & Lube locations in Orlando, Daytona Beach, Ocala, and Kissimmee, Florida, over the next several years.

"Lube Nation is ready to take over Central Florida, and we're excited to become a popular destination for residents and visitors alike as we expand our presence throughout the Sunshine State," says Greg Lippert, president and chief executive officer, Quaker Steak & Lube. "Our growth during our 40th anniversary this year is a true testament to our area developers, like Wingnutz, LLC, and we look forward to continued success with them on board."

The first restaurant is projected to open in summer 2015 with the remainder opening through 2018. Wingnutz, LLC was formed by long-time Florida residents Joe Carroll and Bob Picerne, who bring more than 25 years combined expertise in the hotel and restaurant industries.

There is one Quaker Steak & Lube  Restaurant in Clearwater, Florida. Throughout the first half of the year, Quaker Steak & Lube opened six new restaurants in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New Jersey. The company has more than 60 locations across 20 states and Canada.
