Quaker Steak & Lube will bring a new restaurant to State College, Pennsylvania. The Druzak Merchant Development Group is thrilled to bring The Lube back to State College.  JDK Management, the largest Quaker Steak & Lube franchisee, has been retained to manage the restaurant.  The Lube will open to the public Wednesday, October 23rd at 3 p.m. The restaurant has created close to 200 jobs for the area and will be the 14th Quaker Steak & Lube location in Pennsylvania.  The new Lube will be located at 501 Benner Pike.

The new Lube will accommodate seating for over 270 guests including one bar. HD flat-screen televisions will be showing all the biggest sports events and games throughout the restaurant everyday.

Sports and automotive memorabilia of the State College Lube, hung from the ceilings and the walls of the restaurant, includes a Honda CRF 150 crashing through the window donated by Track N Trail, the Triumph Bonneville used in the movie Terminator 3 donated by Kissell Motorsports, a 1976 Chevy Corvette restored by Stocker Chevrolet and a 2011 Bourget Python donated by Extreme Custom Cycles.

The State College Lube will feature appetizing menu selections and will hold supercharged events all week including, Car Cruise-ins, All You Can Eat Wing night, Karaoke, Bike Nite, Kid’s Night, Happy Hour, and more!
