Paul Martin’s American Grill today announced the promotion of Justin Otsuka to chief financial officer, effective immediately. Otsuka will take charge of investor relations and the company’s financial and corporate development functions.
“Justin has demonstrated effective leadership of the finance team and has played an integral role in our recent growth,” says Anthony Smith, president- partner of Paul Martin’s American Grill. ”As our CFO, he will add significant value to the company based on his skills and knowledge of the world of finance. Before joining Paul Martin’s American Grill, Otsuka served as the director of corporate finance for Specific Media/Myspace, an equity research analyst for First Q Capital, and as an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
