On Christmas Day, Denny’s booths will once again welcome family and friends looking to share a delicious meal that delivers an affordable, stress-free way to celebrate the special holiday. Each year, hungry diners turn to Denny’s to take a break from the kitchen and spend quality time with their loved ones. In 2015, Denny’s welcomed more than 1.6 million guests on December 25, making Christmas the diner’s busiest day for the sixth consecutive year.

“As America’s Diner we pride ourselves on being able to serve our guests whatever they want, whenever they want it, and Christmas Day is no exception,” says John Dillon, chief marketing officer for Denny’s. “We understand that the holidays can be extremely hectic so that’s why we keep our doors open and continue to offer great food and service for those looking for a delicious meal for the entire family or a convenient bite to eat while traveling.”

This year Denny’s invites guests to try its new limited-time holiday menu featuring the new and improved Buttermilk Pancakes, in four festive flavors—Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake Breakfast, Pumpkin Cream Pancake Breakfast, Sticky Bun Pancake Breakfast and Rudolph Pancake Breakfast. For those guests looking for a diner classic, Denny’s Build Your Own Grand Slam, the best-selling menu item at Christmas, will also be available all day long.

Guests looking for a seasonally sweet way to top off their meal may choose from an assortment of tasty desserts like the New Holiday Cookie Milk Shake or Red Velvet Pancake Puppies.  For a traditional holiday favorite, Denny’s classic Pumpkin and Pecan Pie is available for just $2 a slice from the 2,4,6,8 Value Menu.

In addition, diners in need of a last-minute hostess gift or stocking stuffer can purchase a $25 Denny’s gift card and receive a $5 coupon in return.
