First Watch announced plans to open its eighth restaurant in the Cincinnati-area in the summer of 2014. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people.

The new 3,500-square-foot restaurant, along with TGI Friday’s and Potbelly’s, will be located in a to-be-developed extension of the Northgate Mall near the Colerain Avenue and Springdale Road intersection. First Watch joins Kabuto, LongHorn Steakhouse, and Cheddar’s in the newly developed center.

First Watch was recently voted “Best Breakfast” and “Best Sunday Brunch” by Cincinnati City Beat and “Best of the North” in Cincinnati Magazine.
