Centennial, Colorado based The Egg & I Restaurants opened its 112th location in Coral Springs, Florida on Jan. 26.
On Jan. 31, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Wounded Warriors of South Florida. Wounded Warriors of South Florida’s missionis to provide temporary, immediate financial assistance to service connected eligible disabled veterans.
