The Egg & I Expands in Houston

Centennial, Colorado based The Egg & I Restaurants announced the opening of its 115^th location in Houston on Monday, March 3^rd.

The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 10603 W. Sam Houston Parkway North on the southbound side of the Beltway 8.

On March 1^st, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Houston SPCA.

“We are all very excited about this event to support The Houston SPCA and about our new restaurant opening,” says Danny Burke, general manager of the new The Egg & I Restaurant. “We are also very pleased our restaurant is creating 45 new jobs in Houston.”
