Centennial, Colorado based The Egg & I Restaurants announced the opening of its 113th location in Melbourne, Florida on Monday, Feb. 2.
The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 2447 N. Wickham Road on the corner of Wickham Road & Lake Washington Road.
On Jan. 31st, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project. The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project’s mission is to promote awareness and facilitate support of parents caring for their children with special health care needs, and to enhance the quality of life for these families.
“We are all very excited about this event to support The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project and about our new restaurant opening,” says Jeff Kennedy, general manager of the newest The Egg & I Restaurant. “We are also very pleased our restaurant is creating 45 new jobs in Melbourne.”
