Del Frisco's Restaurant Group Announces Opening of Hoboken Grille

Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. opened a new Del Frisco's Grille in Hoboken, New Jersey, on September 29. The new restaurant, with a prominent location on Sinatra Way and the banks of the Hudson River, marks the 21st location across the country, and the 51st restaurant overall for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates 12 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and 18 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.

"Del Frisco's is a household name for residents in the New York metro area and we are excited to establish a new destination for drinks, dining, and socializing in Hoboken," says Mark S. The upscale-casual 8,414-square-foot restaurant combines tones of wood, warm colors, and industrial elements for a unique and welcoming environment. The large rectangular bar facing the river provides a focal point in the space. Hoboken's Grille has a guest capacity of 266, a private dining room for up to 40 guests and additional outdoor seating for 83 on the patio with a view of Manhattan.

Del Frisco's Grille in Hoboken features an “anytime eats” menu of updated comfort classics and shareable menu items, including the concepts' signature Cheesesteak Eggrolls and Ahi Tacos along with Lollipop Chicken Wings, and a variety of flavorful flatbreads such as the Spicy Pork Meatball. Offering the chance to do lunchtime in no time, the Grille is ideal for both business and casual lunches with the $12 wallet-friendly “Grab a Pair,” while Prime, wet-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and daily chef-inspired features round out the menu.

Sunday brunch will include choices like The Grille Benedict, Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs, and the signature Red Velvet Belgian Waffle. Brunch beverages to sip or share include the Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary, White Sangria, Screwdriver, and Red Sangria.

The Grille's cocktails are handmade with fresh ingredients and include The VIP, Moscow Mule, Apt. 5D, and The Adult Milkshake. The restaurant's well-rounded wine list features 250 vintages including an enticing 50 selections under $50, while beer lovers will enjoy a selection of popular craft beers.
