Del Frisco's Appoints Two Regional Managers


Del Frisco's Restaurant Group announced the appointment of two new regional managers, Sabrina Scully and Nick D'Ambrosio.

Scully has been named Dallas Fort Worth regional manager, overseeing current Del Frisco's Grille locations in Uptown Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as the Del Frisco's Grille in Plano scheduled to open in summer 2015.

D'Ambrosio has been named the northeast regional manager, overseeing Del Frisco's Grille locations in the New York tri-state region, Boston, and surrounding areas including Burlington and Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Ms. Scully and Mr. D'Ambrosio will be responsible for restaurant operations in their respective territories.

Scully joined Del Frisco's Restaurant Group in 2003 as a bartender at Sullivan's Steakhouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since then, she worked her way up to manager of Sullivan's Steakhouse in Raleigh, North Carolina.

She also opened two Sullivan's Steakhouse restaurants for the company in Leawood, Kansas and Omaha, Nebraska. Most recently, Ms. Scully was the general manager of Del Frisco's Grille in Southlake, Texas.

D'Ambrosio joined Del Frisco's Restaurant Group in 2011 as a general manager for the first Del Frisco's Grille location in New York City. Prior to Del Frisco's, he worked in management roles at other leading restaurant brands including Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group.
