Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. announced it has signed a lease for a new Del Frisco’s Grille at Manhattan’s Brookfield Place, located in downtown New York City. The new Del Frisco’s Grille Brookfield Place is expected to open summer of 2017.

“Since our successful Del Frisco’s Grille opening in midtown Manhattan in 2011, we have been searching for our next great location in NYC,” says Mark S. Mednansky, CEO of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group. “We’re thrilled to be opening a Del Frisco’s Grille in Brookfield Place, an upscale, high quality development in lower Manhattan.  Brookfield Place provides another convenient location for guests that regularly dine at our Rockefeller Center location as well as new guests looking for a modern and fun destination for dining, drinks and socializing in the financial district.”

The Grille takes the classic American bar and grill concept to refreshing new heights, drawing inspiration from bold flavors and market-fresh ingredients. The Brookfield Place Grille will serve exciting American food with a twist for lunch, brunch and dinner including shareable plates, two-fisted sandwiches, chef-inspired daily features, prime wet-aged steaks and fresh seafood. The new 7,566-square-foot Brookfield Place Del Frisco’s Grille will feature two levels and both indoor and outdoor space for dining and socializing.

Brookfield Place, formerly known as the World Financial Center, is situated in downtown Manhattan—and is uniquely positioned just south of Tribeca along the Hudson River waterfront.  Arts Brookfield, an elite offering of world-renowned cultural experiences, complements Brookfield Place and the two are transforming downtown Manhattan as the premier destination for residents and visitors alike. International fashion houses including Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Salvatore Ferragamo, Burberry, and more make the center downtown Manhattan’s most sought-after shopping destination.
