California Pizza Kitchen Reinvents Menu and Design


California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is scrapping the expected in Florida locations in favor of an all new, relaxed atmosphere.

A newly reimagined menu debuted at the Wellington restaurant, located at The Mall at Wellington Green. This follows the debut in Naples.

CPK's open kitchen brings guests closer to the action, where chefs prep and toss pizzas and top them with fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients. The new decor uses sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood on walls, tables and doors, natural stone counter tops, an oak-wrapped bar and counters, LED lighting, and even an herb garden.

Vibrant artwork featuring local landmarks give each restaurant its own distinct personality. At many locations outdoor dining is available.

CPK has totally reimagined its menu to offer something for everyone, with new seasonal items (Harvest Kale Salad and Sunnyside Up Bacon + Potato Pizza) and mains (Fire Grilled Ribeye and Hearth Roasted Halibut) as well as options that are low calorie, vegetarian or gluten-free.

CPK's Lunch Duos offer more than 80 made-to-order pairing combinations for a quick and affordable weekday meal. The new beverage menu of handcrafted cocktails are made with the freshest ingredients and unique flavor combinations.

The Wellington location is among the first 12 in the country to be redesigned and to launch the new menu. Others in Florida include Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa Bay, and Naples.
