Bravo! Cucina Italiana announced that it is teaming up to celebrate National Pasta Month with a “Share the Love of Pasta” promotion with Barilla pasta and Porta Palo wines this October. Chefs from the more than 50 BRAVO! locations competed to earn one of three coveted spots for their “shareable” pasta creation for two on October’s special prix fixe menu, which includes a side salad, Pasta Month entrée, and individual dessert. The chef behind the top-selling dish during the promotion will win a trip for two to Italy.

The three pastas on the “Share the Love of Pasta” prix fixe menu for two are:
Sausage & Pepper Spaghettini with Oven Roasted Tomatoes [Chef Thomas Vobornik Omaha, Nebraska], Barilla spaghettini, sweet Italian sausage, peppadew peppers, roasted grape tomatoes, caramelized onions, basil, tomato compote, Ricotta, fresh oregano; Seafood Pasta [Chef Luis Monge, Henderson, Nevada], Barilla linguine, shrimp, Bay scallops, calamari, spicy tomato white wine sauce, rosemary, basil, green onions; Shrimp Piccante Spaghettini [Chef Maynor Hernandez, Cincinnati, Ohio], Barilla spaghettini, spicy sautéed shrimp, cilantro, roasted broccoli, tomato compote, basil, Boursin.

Brio Tuscan Grille is teaming up to celebrate The Art of Pasta! with Barilla pasta and Porta Palo wines during National Pasta Month from October 4-29. Chefs from the 63 Brio locations competed to earn one of three coveted spots on the special “Chef-Inspired Pasta Creations” prix fixe menu. The chef behind the top-selling dish during the October promotion will also win a trip for two to Italy.

The three pastas on the Art of Pasta! menu are:

Chicken, Sweet Potato & Brown Butter Campanelle, Barilla campanelle, crimini mushrooms, spinach, pancetta, thyme, parmesan, champagne brown butter sauce, toasted bread crumbs; Piccante Chicken Spaghettini, Barilla spaghettini, grilled chicken, red peppers, asparagus, bacon, Boursin, fiery Piccante sauce, crispy onion straws, Feta, cilantro; Sausage Napoli, Barilla spaghettini, sausage, crimini mushrooms, spinach, garlic, creamy charred tomato sauce, Parmesan, toasted bread crumbs.

Each item has a recommended Porta Palo wine pairing, and will also be available a la carte at lunch and dinner during National Pasta Month.
