The fresh fish experts at Bonefish Grill are catching the spirit of National Seafood Month this October, offering guests a celebratory Dine & Discover menu debuting on October 4 featuring seasonal fresh fish and seafood dishes.

To celebrate National Seafood Month, Bonefish Grill created a three-course dinner for two priced at $50 featuring a choice of entree, complemented by signature appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp and a delectable dessert to share—designed to delight the taste buds. Entrees include fall favorite Fresh Swordfish with Pumpkin Ravioli, new Wild Snapper & Shrimp, NEW Cedar Plank Maple Bourbon Salmon and regional wood-grilled fish selections.

"We're offering our guests the opportunity to discover new taste sensations and experience the freshest fish of the season," says David Schmidt, president of Bonefish Grill. "With our chefs' culinary creativity and delicious flavors of fall, Bonefish Grill guests will be wowed all month long."

To accompany the seasonal dishes, a selection of wines given top 90 point ratings by well-known wine experts are available for $9 per glass to please even the most discerning palates. A 90 point rating indicates that a wine is outstanding and of superior character and style. Guests can enjoy Trapiche "Broquel" Malbec, Charles & Charles Cabernet Blend, Eroica Reisling and King Estate "Signature Collection" Pinot Gris, or choose from handcrafted cocktails including the seasonal Fall Apple and Fresh Pear Martinis, filled with the flavors and aromas of the season.

Experienced Bonefish Grill anglers—the servers and bartenders who provide top-notch guest service and expertise—can recommend wines that pair perfectly with the fresh fish offerings. For example, Fresh Swordfish with Pumpkin Ravioli goes perfectly with Trapiche "Broquel" Malbec from Argentina, a rich and slightly spicy wine with a long and pleasant finish that can stand up to the rich, meaty flavor of wood-grilled fresh Swordfish. The great pumpkin flavor in the seasonal ravioli will help to soften the wine and bring out its plum and blackberry flavors.

Guest favorite salmon will get special treatment for National Seafood Month, with a Cedar Plank Maple Bourbon Salmon that can be paired with Charles & Charles Cabernet Blend from Columbia Valley, Washington. This bold, rich and textured wine provides the perfect balance for a richly flavored fish like Norwegian Salmon, complementing its intense flavor without overpowering it.

During Dine & Discover, Bonefish Grill has partnered with ReCORK, an alliance of individuals and businesses working together to collect and recycle natural corks. With roughly 3,000 drop-off locations, more than 8,000 new cork trees planted, and over 70 million natural corks collected, ReCORK aims to be a point of interaction for education around cork recycling and sustainability.
