Following the success of a banner year of growth, Another Broken Egg of America, Inc. announced the addition of Tom Petska as the director of franchise sales. Petska joins Another Broken Egg Cafe as a seasoned veteran in the breakfast, brunch, and lunch daypart, and is assigned with directing the expansion of the concept’s future to all undeveloped regions of the country.

Petska comes to Another Broken Egg Cafe after spending the past decade working in franchise sales for multiple brands, including Dickey’s BBQ, Boneheads, and Tilted Kilt. Most recently, Petska moved his way up the ranks at The Egg & I to director of franchise development, where he saw the brand grow from 27 locations to 115.

“I’ve proven myself successful in building brands up from a few dozen locations to a few hundred, and I am excited to do it with a company that has seen the sustained growth that Another Broken Egg Cafe has had over recent years,” Petska says. “I am passionate about the breakfast, brunch, and lunch segment and I look forward to bringing my franchise sales expertise to the brand and being a part of Another Broken Egg Cafe’s long-term success.”

In his new role, Petska is responsible for enhancing the franchise sales process system-wide while generating new leads for the brand. He is charged with determining emerging markets and then developing them for expansion, with a focus on multi-unit operators.

Launched in 1996, Another Broken Egg Cafe has had strong growth in the Southeastern region. The concept offers a menu of fresh and nutritious dishes, such as Bananas Foster, Huevos Rancheros and “Signature” Benedicts, as well as popular lunch offerings.
