Beverage companies interested in showcasing their products during BevCon Charleston from August 21-24 are now able to apply to be selected and included within the Tasting Table breakouts that will be held throughout the event dates. BevCon Host Hotel, the newly opened Hyatt House at 560 King Street, will host all tastings inside its grand Sterling Hall offering views of lively King Street below. To be considered for inclusion all beverages applying to be featured at the tasting events need to fit the mission of BevCon and be craft-minded, small batch, innovative or in some cases hard-to-find. Tasting events are as follows:

August 22: 9 to 10 a.m.—coffee and tea; 5 to 7 p.m. —Fall and Winter: Wine, Beer, Spirits; August 23: 9 to 10 a.m.—Juices and Sodas; 11 to 1 p.m. —Artisan Market: any beverage product; 5 to 7 p.m. —Spring and Summer: Wine, Beer, Spirits; August 24; 9 to 10 a.m. —Hair of the Dog: Bloody Mary and Breakfast Cocktail bars; 11 to 1 p.m.—Artisan Market: any beverage product.

Applications are due January 31, and if approved for inclusion must pay the following fees to participate:$250 for the one-hour morning sessions (coffee, tea, juices, sodas, and hair of the dog);  $500 for two-hour mid-day and afternoon sessions (artisan markets, wine, beer, & spirits). 

Discounts are available for those companies who apply for and are accepted to participate in more than one tasting.
