Heading into its fourth year, DSTILL brings together craft spirit lovers, artisan distillers, master barmen and women, and other industry professionals for a multi-day celebration of the American craft spirit. DSTILL 2016 will take place September 21—24 at various venues throughout Denver.

With a move to the fall this year, DSTILL continues to elevate its programming at a time when the consumers’ thirst for spirit-focused educational programs and experiences is at a peak. DSTILL features several signature events including The Showcase—the signature tasting event of DSTILL —and the DSTILL Rocks Concert, which featured Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats in 2015.

“With the number of the industry conferences already on the spring calendar, the team decided to move DSTILL from the spring to the fall,” says PJ Hoberman. “We can’t think of a better time of year for award-winning craft distillers, spirit professionals and the American craft spirit-loving public to descend on Denver from all parts Colorado and across the U.S.”

DSTILL will kick off on Wednesday, September 21 with the DSTILL Rocks Concert. On September 23, The Showcase is back, featuring tastings from top craft distillers from across the country and classic cocktails, handcrafted by the barmen and women of the Colorado Bartenders Guild.

At DSTILL, industry professionals and consumers alike can converge not only at The Showcase but also for more intimate, spirit-specific tastings, craft-cocktail workshops and meet-the-maker panel discussions with your favorite distillers, bartenders, chefs and farmers.

“For the industry, fall is a much anticipated time of year. There’s so much excitement and many amazing things happening around craft beer, of course. We are also in the heart of harvest season. It’s a bountiful time with much to celebrate. And, now we can add DSTILL to that list,” adds Todd Leopold of Leopold Bros. “We always look forward to DSTILL. And, this year, in the fall, even more so.”

The full schedule of DSTILL events will be announced this summer.
