GoFanbase, formerly Chief Ingredient, a company offering a turnkey program enabling a wide range of organizations including restaurants to manage social media, online reputation, and online advertising, announced its new corporate name and iOS application.

The GoFanbase app, available in beta version, helps companies capture the best moments of a customer’s experience and instantly share them with other potential buyers.

“Our clients don’t have the time to optimize social networks and digital marketing, so we’re excited about our mobile solution that streamlines the process in a single tap,” says Micah Johnson, GoFanbase’s CEO. “The name GoFanbase better reflects our focus on cutting-edge strategies that turn local, relevant social media users into believers and buyers.”

The company’s iOS app provides a list of services to build a cadre of satisfied customers including real-time alerts when new photos, ratings, and comments are available for sharing on Facebook and Twitter and automating of the image rights process to gain permission to add customer content on social sites for instant sharing with thousands of prospective buyers.

The app also runs marketing campaigns that target local buyers similar to existing satisfied clientele. GoFanbase syncs across all mobile devices.

Beyond the app, GoFanbase will continue to offer the same customer relations marketing program it did under the Chief Ingredient name. This includes full-service teams to manage customized social media campaigns and advertising, as well as search, online reputation, and reviews.
