TooJay's Restaurant and Deli is pleased to announce Jim Vinz as its new CEO.

Vinz will oversee the expansion and evolution of the company based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Vinz says his focus is maintaining the high-quality food and full-service dining experience that has made TooJay's a neighborhood destination for more than three decades.

"I look forward to helping the team prepare for growth and taking our unique dining concept to more communities around Florida and the country," Vinz says.

Vinz was most recently the president and co-CEO of Le Duff America, where he was responsible for more than 650 cafes, bakeries, and coffee shops in North America, including Bruegger's Bagels, la Madeleine Country Fresh Cafe, Mimi's Café, and Brioche Doree.

Vinz's proven track record of building strong teams and growing brands will be essential as TooJay's enters its next chapter of development.

Prior to joining Le Duff America, Vinz was president of Corner Bakery Cafe, where he led its development and growth from four bakeries in Chicago into a nationwide chain of more than 120 cafes.

Outside of the office, Vinz serves on the advisory board for Share Our Strength's "Dine Out for No Kid Hungry" initiative. He has been on the board since 2008 and served as chairman from 2011 to 2012.
