First Watch today unveiled its limited-time fall menu.

The daytime café’s seasonal dishes, like the favorite Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast and the new Harvest Hash, incorporate ingredients like natural pumpkin purée and real sweet potatoes while eschewing synthetic flavors.

First Watch’s 2014 fall menu brings back a few dishes by popular demand and takes a contemporary twist on some new items. The Tastes of Fall offerings are available through Sunday, Nov. 30

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Quinoa Bowl: Protein-packed quinoa with house-roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, all-natural white meat chicken breast, and herbed Goat cheese. Topped with pecans and drizzled with balsamic dressing.
  • Harvest Hash: Two eggs any style atop a hash of sweet potatoes, turkey sausage, house-roasted zucchini, Crimini mushrooms, and shallots topped with hollandaise sauce and fresh herbs. Served with lemon-dressed greens.
  • Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast: Two fresh eggs cooked any style plus a signature spiced Pumpkin Pancake and Aidells grilled all-natural Chicken & Apple Sausage.
  • Butternut Squash Bisque (vegetarian): Rich and creamy butternut squash soup sweetened with carrot and a touch of nutmeg.

“Our goal was to infuse the dishes with spices and flavors true to the fall season,” says Shane Schaibly, First Watch’s corporate chef and director of culinary. “All too often autumn means a flood of pumpkin-spiced synthetic flavorings. The truth is, nothing does a better job of capturing fall than fresh, high-quality ingredients such as pumpkin pureée, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and turkey sausage.”
