Ruth’s Chris Steak House, in partnership with Harrah’s Las Vegas, opened its 137th Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Located in the middle of all of the action on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is surrounded by the city’s finest attractions, including the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, and the lights and action of the famed tourist destination.
“We look forward to offering Las Vegas tourists and locals the Ruth’s Chris Steak House experience. The friendly service and consistently superb food so associated with Ruth’s Chris aligns seamlessly with Harrah’s,” says Rick Mazer, president of Harrah’s Las Vegas. “The central location of the restaurant with an unparalleled view of the Las Vegas Strip will make Ruth’s Chis at Harrah’s Las Vegas an ideal destination for remarkable steak.”
The new restaurant boasts seating for nearly 400 guests, two glass-encased private dining rooms and two bars. The warm, elegant environment created by Interplan has its own distinct personality with a touch of playfulness. The traditional steakhouse atmosphere is balanced with a light color scheme, further accented with color bursts of peacock blue and Ruth’s Chris signature red. The artwork combines homages to New Orleans, home of the original Ruth’s Chris, and Las Vegas in paintings, photography, and vintage pieces all setting the scene for the focal point of the dining room—a spectacularly expansive view of the Las Vegas strip from the second-floor restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
"We are delighted to open the doors of our 137th Ruth’s Chris Steak House on the Las Vegas strip in Harrah’s. Harrah’s passionate dedication to excellence has made them an ideal partner in what is now the third joint endeavor between our two great brands,” says Michael P. O'Donnell, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. “Together, we warmly welcome guests to join us for Ruth’s Chris-style hospitality, alongside a signature sizzling steak, for many years to come.”
The Las Vegas location offers signature cuts of USDA Prime steak, broiled in Ruth’s Chris trademark 1,800-degree oven and served sizzling hot on a 500-degree plate. In addition to filets, ribeyes, New York strip, T-bone and porterhouse steaks, Ruth’s Chris Steak House specialties include a variety of appetizers, family-style sides, salads, specialty entrees, and desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list and handcrafted cocktails.
