Bar Louie franchisees, BL Development Group, announced Wednesday the opening of their newest location in Coconut Creek, Florida.
When Bar Louie opens their doors this August, it will be the seventh Bar Louie location for BL Development Group but the group's first in Florida.
There are nine Bar Louie locations in Florida, including brands in Boynton Beach, Fort Myers, Orlando (two), Clearwater, Tampa, Miami, West Palm Beach, and now Coconut Creek.
Located at the Promenade at Coconut Creek, Bar Louie is next to Silverspot Cinema and across the street from World of Beer. They will feature an open layout, and a covered patio on both sides complete with lounge seating.
Bar Louie will open with food and drink specials. During happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, guests can enjoy $3.25 drafts, half price glasses of wine, $5.25 signature martinis, and half price appetizers. In addition, locals can enjoy beer and martini specials all day every Wednesday ($1.50 domestic drafts, $5.25 signature martinis), lunch specials Monday through Friday and even some specials for families (kids eat free from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays).
"Coconut Creek is going to be blown away with what we've got in store for them," says Paul Zakowski, general manager. "Not only do we have 35 draft beers, of which 13 are local craft beers, but our hand-crafted cocktails and scratch kitchen are going to blow people away."
Founded in downtown Chicago in 1990, Bar Louie is an eclectic urban bar and eatery catering to guests looking for a casual, yet lively atmosphere. Known for their handcrafted signature martinis, they also feature an wide selection of appetizers, flatbreads, salads, burgers, and sandwiches.
